I woke up today to start boot camp at 5:00am, the camp started at six at a local gym. We stretched outside for a bit and then did a short run. We then got to a park and did some push-ups and sit ups we were able to run a bit more for push-ups and sit ups. We would have stayed longer but my sister and I had brought my dad so we had to leave early so he could go to work! Hopefully we will go back on friday :)
7am- Fresh orange juice and two slices of apple
9:45 am- instant oatmeal
1pm- 2 whole wheat toritlla’s with potatoes and baked chicken inside.
6pm- whole wheat pasta
