As a tennis player I have done my FAIR share of this workout! But last week Greg took our class outside for a outside of the ring workout!!
This is is fun activity to do with a few teams! Gotta get that competitive edge in!
All you need is a clear space with lines:
This is a simple and fun exercise!
- From the starting point you want to run up to the first line, touch it and run back.
- You continue doing this until you have run to 4-5 lines.
- Depending on the number of people in your team each person will do the entire course 2-3 times.
- You can mix up this workout by running it backwards or laterally!
I was SPENT by the end of this, but I was having too much fun to realize I was getting a good workout!!
