Some of us declared that today would be Pink Friday
We spent Pink Friday lounging around…
“Who wants to play dress-up?”
We tried our hand at rapping….
And even joined a gang!
We had some typical initiation pictures!
But every day needs to end with cuddles and a Hannah Montana sing-a-long!
In celebration of Pink Friday I am going to share a recipe with you that has become an instant fav!
You see, I have a fav dish that can ONLY be found at Taco Bell- Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes!

Golden Potatoes topped with cheesy nacho sauce and sour cream!
I decided to recreate my own version!
First I googled how to microwave a potato. Yeah, I know
I poked holes with a fork all over and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
I then spent the next five minutes walking in circles around the kitchen because the hissing sound of the potato was making me nervous.
Thankfully, the potato did not explode…
I combined the potato with lite sour cream, skim shredded cheese and some pepper.
This is no Taco Bell but it sure did hit the spot!

I actually was on call for work today, so stayed home in case the phone was going to ring. Luckily I didn’t get called in, so I enjoyed my day spent at home and not in the shopping madness!

I love the blog today Sana!!!!! Those are some of the prettiest girls!!!! I miss my Ahsiana….give her lots of kisses and hugs from Jaila, mommy & daddy!!! Hope she’s not too much of a bother…….hope you’re having fun with her….she’s a handful, but very loving and lots of fun!!!!!
