Tata Tamers Review

Having proper support is the most important factor to a successful workout. I will quit mid workout, if I am sick of bouncing out.

For the past 9 years this has been my method of support:

Two cheapo sports bras from Walmart, two sizes too small layered together.

Meet the Tata Tamer!

You can apparently criss-cross the straps, but I am good with them the way the are.

IMG_5503

I love the feel of the sports bra, however the only part I don’t like is the clasp at the back. Am I the only one that does not know how to put it on?

IMG_5505

To wear it, I pre clasp it and slide it over my head…

IMG_5506

I wore it at the lowest setting but for the run I moved it up a bit.

Love the vented front, it will reduce the stankage.

Best part? I got this for a STEAL. I was surprised they even had my size on sale. But I was able to get an additional 15% off for teaching group fitness!!

$18- off is WELL worth the cost. However I will probably pay $58 for no bouncing and slippage. Especially being a group fitness instructor where I am teaching in front of other people.

Look! No uniboob look!

Don’t worry I am only lopsided because I can’t hold a camera straight.

My Tatas have been Tamed. I only felt a little bouncing, but no slippage!

Of course I had to go for a run, with the temperature in the high 50’s and a new sports bra.

Love the running paths in Columbia!

Duckiesss!

I only did 1.6 miles walking and running, not too bad for my first outdoor workout.

Typical meal at my house, post run!

  • Basmati Rice with chicken
  • Cilantro yogurt dip
  • Cucumber and Avocado salad.

Gotta run! I have a busy day ahead!

Make today beautiful!

SuperSana out!

Tata-tamer! Love it! And wow that is an intense clasp!

  2. Haha I’m a proud member of the itty bitty titty committee. And while that sucks sometimes (uh, hello not being able to wear strapless dresses?), for the gym I love it, since I can get away with my cheapsie $15 Target sports bras :)

  3. Kacy says:

I’ve heard great things about that bra. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I have no tatas to tame…

    Glad you liked it!

  4. Meaghan says:

Whoa, you get 15% off at Lulu for being a fitness instructor? I will have to keep that in mind for when I start teaching yoga!

Love the pics of Centennial :)

  5. Ashley says:

I have the TaTa Tamer Two (or Too…?) and it is amazing. <3 Lululemon!

  6. I definitely have no need for a Tata Tamer but LOVE everything I own from Lulu. Their stuff is the best. :)

  7. Haha, I want to get that just because of the name!

  8. Maren says:

Haha the name is awesome. I don’t have the need for one but I sort of want it because of the name.

  9. Yaaay tata tamer!! I love mine and recommend it to EVERYONE!
I love the color you got and such a great sale! I’m jealous :)
I don’t know how to put mine on either…I have to have my boyfriend hook it for me lol

I love Lululemon sports bras. Fortunately? or Unfortunately? I don’t need the tatatamer :) I heard awesome things about it. I wear their regular sportsbras.

ahh i need this bra! the cost of it scares me but after reading this post i have definatley become a lot more aware of my boobs just staying in place they must be tammed!

  12. Rabia says:

I just ordered this bra online. I have a moving comfort bra in 34c which is also my regular bra size, but the band is not nearly tight enough. Did you buy your regular bra size, or would you recommend going down a size?

  13. Sahar says:

Thanks for sharing. I am also busty and post baby I need them tamed!! I will definitely try this bra!!
