I am having one of those days where I feel like I am on top of all of my school work and at the last sec I remember I have a quiz due in 5 minutes.
It is really hard to feel good about yourself in school.
GAHHHHHHH!
BUT I did feel good about myself last night!
I have taken Tae Bo classes at my local gym for the past 7-8 years? It’s been a long time. I remember going in high school during when I played tennis year round as well.
aka best shape for my lifeee.
I live near a indoor tennis court so, I could play over the winter as well as outdoors.
I miss this
I guess after working out for so long and on top of taking the majority of the past 2-3 years off of major hardcore cardio work, I would not expect my body to be able to physically keep up with classes I used to take 5 times a week 4 years ago.
Oh and not to mention being injured.
My arms and legs just got it together last night.
And it hit me. My body knows me better than I do.
I was convinced that I would have to stop mid way during the hour long Tae Bo class, but I kept at it for an hour.
Sure it was hard, but it was comforting knowing that I had done this before and that I was not going to fall over and die.
I am not even sore!

I may not even be at the same weight as when I started working out, but my body knows what it is capable of and that is something I can feel good about!
