Morning Rideeee

Miluska woke me up bright an early at 7:30 am asking if I wanted to go for a bike ride. She was uber bubbly at 7:30am and I was still sleeping, but I bounced off of the couch I have been sleeping on for the past week (my bedroom is too hot), brushed my teeth and put in my contacts.

Showers are NOT required for a workout with a friend.

Some people woke up on the wrong side of their bed this am, we got a “ladies don’t take up the whole path.” comment on our ride. Everyone else just moved out of the way as we rode past. Meh.


In other news my BABY sister finished up her last day of highschool, my parents now have all 3 kids in college….. how did we all grow up so fast?


Post-ride I got my smoothie on!


  • Almond Milk
  • Frozen Berry Medley
  • Fat-free Vanilla yogurt
  • 5 Organic spinach leaves


What a fun color!


I gave my mom a sip, she was NOT a fan. But I loved it, you could not even taste the spinach!


For lunchy, I got this idea from Megan since it was 99% Tj’s inspired!


Spinach Salad

  • Mandarin Oranges
  • Dried cherries
  • Feta Cheese
  • Savory tofu
  • Annie’s Goddess Dressing

With a side of veggie chili topped with avocado.

I also made an extra plate for my mom, she liked this WAY better than the smoothie.

I rule as a daughter.

I ended my day with a speedy mile run. Two workouts in a day ruleeeeee!

      Thankfully I had friends for both workouts, I would have never even made it to one without them!
