Two-a-days

by Sana on July 28, 2011

Yesterday I taught two classes and I was seriously wiped out. I taught a fun walking class in the early afternoon and ab crunch in the later afternoon.

I asked after the class if anyone wanted to shoot a fun video for the blog and I got lots of volunteers!

This is one of my favorite moves to do in my class, and as always consult a doctor before adding any new exercise to your routine.

The ball toss is always an adventure, we have had only a few ball in the face issues and lots of sore abs.

If you don’t have a medicine ball, feel free to use a watermelon or a small child.

Happy Ab Twisting!

Btw, I accidently shot this video sideways and I used this site to rotate this youtube video!

Whew, I am wiped from teaching and I did not even workout, what is wrong with this picture?

Well in that case I’ll use a watermelon! Thanks Sana!

WOW! You may not have “officially” worked out – but you certainly exercised by teaching! Way to go! (also, LOL at “watermelon or small child”) XD

I have no problem finding a watermelon or a medicine ball…but a small child will be a little harder to find. hmmmmmm

Does my 65 pound cousin qualify as a small child?

This is one of my favorite ab exercises too! I’m always sad when I can’t do it because I don’t have a partner.

I did push ups on a medicine ball the other day. Best arm and chest killers EVER. I’m still having enough problems doing a regular sit up but when I get stronger I will try the ab twist!
