I was having a deep moment last night where I realized, that my happiness does not stem from having to be one particular thing.
I don’t have a deep set goal, of being in an XYZ profession when I grow up because that is the only thing that will make me happy.
In fact, I find happiness within all aspects of my life as well as within myself.
I find happiness when I am shouting out B-I-N-G-O numbers at the nursing home
– I actually just enjoy volunteering, mainly because I know I am not doing the work for some cash moneies and because it is just fun!
Running with bloggers
– Running with people who understand how important it is to take pictures while you run? So baller. I got happy just reading over my race recap!
Wearing cute clothes at ANY weight
– I don’t need to be at a certain weight wear cute outfits!
– Your feel good weight can be any weight as long as you take a picture at a flattering angle
Teaching group fitness
– Even if I get 1 person or 40 people in my class, I am have never left a class unhappy and I am on my 5th school year of teaching!
Eating
- Food makes me happy. And if that is wrong I don’t want to be right.
- Why not take pictures of food? I can look back on the picture and get happy all over again!
Being with my friends & family
- These people get me.
These people may or may not get me but they are stuck living with me
Fasting and not spending 99.9% of my time eating has allowed me to realize, that I don’t need to be anywhere or anyone else at the moment to be perfectly happy.
This post is brought to you by the fact that, I just spent the past hour looking and reading over my own blog and I got happy reading my thoughts and looking at all the fun that I have in my life!
Take the time to read over your blog, relive the fun, remember what moments made you happy and keep them forever. No really, go back up your blog!
I am also slightly obsessed with myself, oy. We might as well call this post, SuperSana is obsessed with herself!

Awwwwws I love this post x1,000,000
And PS I agree with you about the flattering angles- makes alllll the difference in the universe
This is a great post! And so true. I hope I can be as content as you one day.
Ooh here’s where we’re kind of simmiliar:
1. Love reading old posts just to see what cool stuff I did in the past (even though I haven’t even been blogging for a year)
2. Food = happiness
3. I love volunteering. You always have a good time with other volunteers as well!
But the big difference is that you have the confidence to teach a group excercise class!!
Teaching anything is really tough for me
I love bingo at nursing homes. they get so into it so it’s always a blast.
