Oatmeal+non-fat Misto

My favorite egg salad sandwich on 12-grain bread. I was having blood work done later in the day, so I wanted to eat up!
Since lunch was eaten well before noon, dinner #1 was a bit early for my taste but I had butter chicken with oriental rice.
Post gym I had my favorite snack of the week. Greek yogurt+vitatop.
And dinner #2 was made by my lovely sister welll past 10:30pm. I normally never eat after 6 or 7 pm. But since she worked so hard I wanted to at least try out what she made.
7-layer bean dip.
and a taco casserole.
She even made me a plate!
As much as I love my sisssy and love all food, I am never eating late at night. It felt gross.
