It is officially spring weather! We have signs of life in my front lawn.
I think my mom is terrified of me.
After reading about the awesome experiences people are having with the Jamie Eason 12-week program, I decided to check it out.
I wanted to mention off the bat that I am only doing the workout portion, even though the program has a full diet and supplement plan.
I have only done day 1 so far and I can tell that I am going to love it.
First of all, my gym has all the equipment I need AND I can do it! Well, so far the exercises don’t require any impact movement so my back and I are happy. And I am pumped to have something to do in the gym.
The best part? Each exercise move comes with a video to show you how to do it correctly!!!! That to me is the most important thing, I have never used some of the equipment before so I am making sure I watch the video 2-3 times before attempting it on my own.
Since I need a gym buddy, I decided to drag my mom along with me and it was fun!
We took turns with all the exercises, and counted for each other
However my mom repeatedly asked me, why I wanted to kill her.
Oh silly mom!
I can’t even tell you how good it feels to want to do something in the gym and to actually have a program I can somewhat follow.
