I won’t lie, I usually cringe when (non certified) people post workouts for other people to follow. Since I am not licensed to advise people on workouts anywhere else but my job, I recommend that you check in with a certified personal trainer or your doctor before starting any workout plan.
Other than coming up with workout ideas at work for my clients, I love coming up with fun, fast paced workouts for myself!
Since I took over a year off of most cardio exercise other than walking, I am doing my best to make sure that I slowly kick it up without re-injuring myself.
With any workout, I make sure to warm-up and stretch before and after.
Thanks to the crazy storm yesterday, I had a lovely warm-up and jog in 71 degree weather!!! This workout took me an hour to finish with driving time included.
I am excited to be jumping back into the fitness world!
