I mentioned in this post how I lost 10 lbs, well now 12. But the weight loss has been mainly due to a change in my budget.
I miss eating out, but it’s a good thing that I don’t have friends or the time to eat out.
So what have I been eating?
Cereal+ Banana+Almond Milk. SO GOOD!
Salad and egg salad sandwich.
I usually eat something that I can throw together quickly before class. I am sort of obsessed with the Suddenly Salad Mix by Betty.
I used use a bit less that the required amount of oil.
Giant brand greek frozen yogurt.
It’s just as good as the self-serve frozen yogurt for only the fraction of the price! You don’t even miss the toppings.
Snacks? Granola bars. I would die without them.
I really love the Clif Crunch Bars.
