Last night I had some delicious Eggplant Curry!
I think Indian Eggplants are just sooo stinking adorable! For some reason when my brother was little he was TERRIFIED of the bigger purple eggplants. He would scream every time my mom brought them home from the grocery store.
It was hilarious.
Also last night I got into some overdue blog updates. I am usually terrible at updating things on my blog, but it has to be done.
Gotta keep SuperSana looking fresh!
I updated the Attempted Workouts Page with some fun stuff like my SuperSana Mini Boot Camp:
The Injury Page now has my posts about the end of physical therapy:
I also played around with the theme of SS it was looking a little weird in my browser, please let me know if you see something other than the image below when you read my blog. A huge thanks to Matt for his help in centering my header.
Blog updates can be frustrating and time consuming, but in the end I am super happy with the way things look, especially the widgets I added on the side.
I wanted to have some of my favorite recipes on the side bar easy for people to find!
Andd finally I designed and updated my favicon:
Thoughts? Anything you would like me to change about the look of SS?
I always feel like when other people get a cold, they are out for one day and back to normal the next. In fact I feel like most people even workout when they are sick.
I have seen far too many people at my local gym coughing and sneezing. I on the other hand am out of commission for several days even with a cold and I have never worked out while feeling sick.
I have enough trouble eating and getting around that going to the gym to “sweat out the sickness” does not even cross my mind.
Additionally, I want my body to use all of it’s resources to fight the illness as opposed to powering me through a workout. I know sometime next week, I will probably feel well enough to workout again and I will have to start off with something light and easy.
Do you workout when you are sick? How often do you update your blog?
