The best part about not having a full time day job? I can teach my walking class and hit the gym for my own workout!
I walked a mile, did 20 minutes on the arc trainer, sat and rested, took a picture for the blog, did core work, lunges, free weights, juggled two cups of free gym coffee to bring home to my parents.
Bringing home the hot cups of coffee was the hardest part of the workout.
I spent the rest of the day cooking, doing homework for my anatomy class anddd dissecting a sheep brain (don’t worry I did not take a picture this time)
Do you enjoy cooking meat?
I absolutely hate cooking meat. I never know when it’s done cooking and it takes forever. I also hate eating meat with any bone.
1) Marinate stew beef with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and papaya. (overnight)
2) Fry onion and stir-fry in the beef and add in homemade tomato paste with some water for gravy ( about 3 cups).
3) Allow beef to cook for two hours on medium heat.
4) Add potatoes when the beef is about 3/4 of the way done.
The only reason I like this dish is because my mom can double check to make sure I am not eating uncooked meat and because no bones are involved. It just takes 2 freaking hours to cook, and I hate waiting for food.
Do you enjoy eating meat?
I prefer veggies, pasta, eggs or rice over meat. But if I do have the option, I prefer beef over chicken just because it has more flavor.
