You should blog about any changes you have experienced in your energy and disposition since you started working out again. As a counselor, I always think its so inspiring to hear others talk about the mental benefits of being able to get up and move. Its been great to hear all of your successes recently! Congrats!
Just wanted to let you know, I made a vlog about your topic: http://www.supersana.com/2012/09/05/mental-benefits-of-physical-activity-vlog/
Thanks :)
