I feel like Ramadan is the fastest month of the year. You would think that if you were fasting for 16 hours a day time would slowly tick by, but that is so not the case.
We are on the final 3 days of Ramadan and I figured I would once again share my favorite date recipe with you all.
I posted this recipe last year but I was not thrilled with the pictures. The problem with doing most of the cooking for Ramadan near sunset is that the lighting is terrible.
I am still not thrilled with these pictures but I can always re-take them next year!
Festive Dates:
- Remove pit from date.
- Combine crushed orange peels+cream cheese+confectioners sugar.
- Generously stuff each date and enjoy!
Do you sometimes repost recipes if you don’t like the pictures? #bloggerproblems

I was just realizing today that none of my soup recipes have pictures. I’ll have to fix that this winter. LOL
LOVE dates though and this looks yummy.
I would totally take pics of them!
Wow, it’s almost the end of Ramadan, that was fast! Well done for the 16 hours of fasting a day, these dates look delicious :)
I am going to miss Ramadan, but it’s time to step away from the deep fried goodies ;)
Holy moly, those look sooooo good!
I had some great dates this week; the fruit looks good, too.
HA! :)
:) Oh Evan, you are so silly!
