After taking an awesome Tae Bo class I was wiped out! I am not used to working out that much- and my quads were stiff and sore. Nothing a little nap could not fix!
After a refreshing nap, I quickly got dressed to meet up with some friends for dinner.
It’s been a week since Ramadan ended and my appetite has not been the same. Good for my waist line but I would like to be eating normally again!
Thankfully I was able to enjoy all the options of a Chinese halal buffet.
And I had a lovely time catching up and meeting new friends-they all grow up so fast.
I always told myself that once I graduated college I would finally be free to attend the U.S Open, however here I am back in school. And I am honestly SO EXCITED. I am finally taking classes that I am interested in and not only that, next month I am taking a CPR class to become a certified personal trainer.
Additionally, I joined a new walking and running group that starts this week and I feel confident that I will be able to keep up! Oh and losing weight has definitely helped me feel prepared.
I rarely say this but I feel so good about the changes I have made in my life and I am excited for what is about to come.
But knowing me I will be back to complaining about all things life, school and workouts by next week, but it is amazing to feel this way, even for a little while.
Are you excited for anything this week or in general? I would love to hear all about it!

You look positively radiant, friend!
Thanks :) Miss you! Hope you and your family are doing well.
Sana, you look so beautiful in all these pics…you are glowing!!!
Thanks Renee, I finally found a foundation that works well with my skin :)
You look gorgeous!
I’m nervous to start some classes again this week! Even though it’s not a full load at all. I wonder if I’ll feel like the old person in the room.
Anyways, baby corns are weird! haha. That is all :)
