Francesca’s Collections

One of the hardest things about writing for a personal blog is trying to capture a really good day. I mean how are you supposed to post about a day without any pictures? How does won capture a day full of good conversation and laughter? I guess those are just personal moments that I will be able to have for myself. I mean I could tell you guys about all the fun I had but that would be pointless. So my day could have turned out differently but I decided to spend it a the mall shopping away with a good friend.

I really avoided shopping for non-stretchy clothing items when I was a bit heavier just because I did not feel like wearing anything other than yoga pants.

It also just feels nice going into a fitting room and being able to fit into some clothes, but man some store are reallly not forgiving (I am looking at you H&M).

My friend Kelli and I ended up loving Francesca’s Collections located in the Columbia Mall. The clothes were super cute, the sizes were generous and don’t even get me started on the stunning jewelry. I wanted to buy the entire store.

And the sales associates were super nice and suggested a lot of cute looks for me, I always appreciate it when people give me advice on what to wear because I am clueless when it comes to non-workout clothes.

I bought the Singing the Blues Dress and I can’t wait to wear it to a few upcoming events.

I am not sure how this is possible but shopping for hours, trying on clothes and standing in a checkout line really makes you work up an appetite.

I was able to avoid all the mall junk food and broke into some Chili Limón Popchips. I recently won a case of Tortilla Popchips and I can’t even tell you how awesome they taste, they are tangy with a kick. You really must try them out yourself.

The best part is that they are not baked or fried!

So yea, I had a lovely day of shopping and eating delicious chips. That sure beats a long day of class and work, right?

I hope you had a lovely Saturday as well!

What did you do today? It’s totally fine if you slept the day away you can totally still tell me about it!
