Hello From Fitbloggin

Hey hey, on Tuesday I was planning on doing a group run with my buddy from our running group but we had a tornado watch in Columbia so we scraped our plans.

When the weather was much calmer I headed out to the track for an indoor interval walk/run. The crew tram was also at the gym so I had some extra motivation to get in a good run! Afterwards, I did some of the stretch moves that I do with my class.

The track that I teach at has a railing that I use to help us all get in a good stretch as well as increase stability when it comes to doing a move that requires a bit more of a balance.

I do a lot of modified pushups, calf, gluteal and hamstring stretches with the use of the railing. Obviously, if you don’t need the railing if you are more experienced with these moves. However, if you are new to exercise I highly recommend modifying a move with the use of a wall or a railing.

Wednesday was a bit of a blur to be honest. I rushed around all day between, work, getting my hair done and giving a presentation (I know my life is so hard).  I also had 3 exams to study for on Thursday as well as packing and leaving for Fitbloggin.

I made it to Fitbloggin last night at 8pm after a day full of cat dissections so I was more than happy to meet my roommates and head out to dinner.

I was happy with dinner, but I only ate less than 1/2 of it since it was so late.

We stepped out to Brio Tuscan Grille on the Inner Harbor for a late night meal, it was around 9pm but we were starving.

Check out my awesome roommates:

You did not tell us you had been doing cat dissections all day! From dead cats to bloggers, I’d say that’s a crazy day.
