Yesterday, I had a solo lunch post job interview; I am so glad I was eating alone because as I was scarfing down a veggie burrito I managed to get guac all over my nose.
How am I functional adult?
I decided to try some IZZE natural sparking soda with my Chipotle lunch and I loved it. I had the sparking clementine.
And to keep things hopping on a Friday night my mom, sister and I headed out to the gym for an evening sweat session.
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and did some PT core strength work. Russian twists and planks.
This afternoon I plan on heading out to do my favorite run/walk workout that I did with my running group!
