On the days that I am not running I try to do something fun for cross training purposes. So yesterday I went on a 30 minute power walk with my mom.
I thought it was going to rain so I brought my umbrella… it only sprinkled. Why does it always pour when I have nothing to cover myself with?
By the time I got home it was close to dinner time so I grabbed a Larabar before going to the gym for part ii of my workout.
After I warmed up for 2o minutes on the arc trainer I decided to do some strength training, my arms could use a little work.
I randomly came across this video for 10 different pushup styles and made a fun workout for myself to try.
I am pretty sure I will never regain full function of my arms, but the decline pushup was my favorite one.
I did modify the other ones on my knees, being able to do knee pushups is one of the best parts about being a girl
