Eid 2014

Another Eid/Ramadan has come and gone. I am super grateful to have spent this holiday with my friends and family. I just wanted to share some pictures from the day. Here is how we spent the day when we were not stuffing our faces with food:

We really lucked out with the weather this year. It was nice not having to sweat in all of my Indian clothes. This was my family’s first Eid with my grandfather so that made the day extra special. I clearly had a blast playing on the playground, pretty sure my family was mortified. We ended the holiday looking though boxes of old family photos. I love that I am the only one looking at the camera for this picture. Also, let this be known as the Eid that my siblings introduced my grandfather to Starbucks. He is now a huge fan.

Gorgeous family! Also, has me wondering what you do to your hair to make it so sleek and pretty. I have thick hair and would love some tips.

Thanks for the comment! I use this sleek and shine product from Garnier Fructis. A little does a long way!
